Industries We Serve

From dies to automotive, iron and steel to energy — wherever a surface wears, a dimension drifts, or a part is replaced again and again.

Die & MouldLaser surface hardening of cutting and forming edges and draw radii on sheet-metal dies. Die form and dimensions are preserved; applicable directly after revision and on new dies.
AutomotivePress dies, cutting and forming zones, parts losing dimensional accuracy in serial production.
Iron & SteelRolling and guide rolls, transport elements, line parts wearing at high temperature.
EnergyTurbine and boiler components, valve seats, parts exposed to erosion and corrosion.
CementMill parts, roller surfaces, elements under heavy abrasive wear.
MiningCrusher jaws, bucket and shovel edges, conveying and screening elements.
Heavy MachineryHydraulic cylinder rods, pin and bushing surfaces, moving parts under high load.
MarineCrankshafts, shaft and stern tube surfaces, rudder components, zones exposed to corrosion and cavitation.
DefenceSurface strengthening and dimensional recovery on critical parts requiring high durability.
AerospaceSelective surface treatment on tight-tolerance parts requiring low heat input.
The Common Thread

Industries differ, the problem does not

In a cement mill, on a ship's shaft or in a press die, the question is the same: why does this part wear out so quickly, and can it be reused without replacement?

01

Abrasive wear

Surface loss from contact with dust, slag, minerals or metal. The most common wear type in mining, cement and steel.

02

Adhesive wear and friction

Micro-welding and tearing from metal-to-metal contact. Seen on shafts, bushings, slides and guide surfaces.

03

Corrosion and erosion

Surface loss from chemical environments, seawater or fluid flow. Decisive in marine, energy and petrochemical work.

The right method and the right alloy are selected according to the type of wear the part is exposed to. That is why the first question is not “which part” but “why is the part failing”. Our alloys →

What matters is not the industry but the material and the form of wear. Send us your part and we will assess it.
