Laser Cladding and
Laser Surface Hardening
We return worn shafts, dies and heavy-industry components to service instead of replacing them. 6000 W laser power and a 7-axis robot cell, at our own facility in Gebze, Türkiye.
Two methods, one result
If material must be added, cladding applies. If strengthening the existing surface is enough, hardening applies. Which is right depends on the part.

Laser Cladding
Adding a melted powder alloy to a worn or damaged zone, forming a metallurgical
bond. Dimensions are recovered, surface durability increases.
Crankshafts, rotors, rolls, turbine parts and heat-exchanger tubes
— every steel surface subject to wear.

Laser Hardening
Hardening the existing surface through controlled heat input, without adding any material. The form and dimensions of the part are preserved.

Surface Strengthening
On dies, shafts, rolls and machine parts, worn surfaces are rebuilt and the working zone is made more durable than the base material.
ExploreFour steps from photograph to delivery
You do not need to ship the part for a quotation. A photograph and the material are enough for a first assessment.
Show us the part
Send a photograph of the worn area, the material and the operating conditions via WhatsApp. Add drawings or dimensions if available.
Technical assessment
Based on material, wear type and operating conditions we determine whether cladding or hardening is required, and which alloy fits.
Robotic application
The work is carried out in a programmed robot cell. When the same part returns, it is processed with the same parameters.
Inspection and delivery
The part is checked after processing. On request it is delivered with a machining allowance for turning or grinding.
Where it is used
The common thread: a part whose surface wears, whose dimensions drift, or which has to be replaced again and again.

Do you have a worn part?
Send us a photograph and we will assess whether laser cladding or hardening is suitable.
